Who we are

Nikjade Fashion & Bridals ("Nikjade", "we") runs this website. Contact us at nikjade.aa@gmail.com. For UK customers we follow the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018; for Nigerian customers, the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

What we collect

Information you give us in enquiry, application and checkout forms: your name, email, phone number, country, delivery address, event dates and messages. When you pay, our payment providers (Stripe or Paystack) collect your card details directly. We never see or store card numbers.

Why we use it

To reply to enquiries and prepare quotations (legitimate interests or steps before a contract)
To process and deliver orders (contract)
To manage training applications and student records (contract)
To keep financial records (legal obligation)
Anonymous visit statistics, only if you allow analytics (consent)

Who we share it with

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare), payment providers (Stripe, Paystack), our email provider, and couriers delivering your order. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries for up to two years; orders and financial records for six years; student records for the length of training plus six years.

Photographs

We publish photos of clients and students only with their permission. To ask for a photo to be removed, email nikjade.aa@gmail.com.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent. UK residents can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk); Nigerian residents to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
